What is a ChatGPT top-up?
A top-up means buying a paid ChatGPT plan — Go, Plus, Pro 5x, Pro 20x or Business — and having it applied to your own existing account. You keep your chats, memory and settings; only the subscription status changes. It is the route most of our customers take when the official checkout declines their card.
Can I top up ChatGPT with a local card?
Yes. Checkout here is in USD through Stripe and accepts card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card needs to support international USD payments — it does not need to be issued in the US. If your bank blocks the first attempt, our payment troubleshooting guide covers the usual fixes.
How fast does a ChatGPT top-up arrive?
Automatic orders are applied about 1 to 3 minutes after payment. Orders handled by support usually finish within 5 to 30 minutes, and you get a confirmation email when the plan is active.
Do you need my ChatGPT password?
